The alleged victim has fled from the children’s home she was at

The judge at Court of Investigation number 4 in Torrevieja has been forced to postpone the declaration that was due to take place on Thursday (August 29th) by Daniel Galván, the paedophile who was mistakenly pardoned by the King of Morocco. The decision was taken because the children’s home where the girl who was allegedly abused has been staying and which was responsible for making her available to the court for questioning has informed that she fled.

The testimony of the girl is the only evidence that the judge and prosecutor may have about what could have happened at the time of the incident in 2004, as the allegation made by her parents indicate that sexual abuse took place but did not give any details.
